Exhibitor Suite: Hybrid – $1,200.00
This registration type includes 1 Suite as Exhibit Space for 2 days of distributor/client interactions, and 2 nights stay at hotel with late checkout. Day one is 15minute pre-coordinated power meetings, and day two is open for interactions with all GCPPA distributors and their clients. Please see the show contract and schedule for more information.
Exhibitor Suite: Power Meeting – $650.00
This registration type includes 1 Exhibitor Suite as Exhibit Space for the Power Meeting Segment of the Fall Expo. GCPPA will coordinate/schedule up to 15 private distributor meetings. Please see the show contract and schedule for more information.
Exhibitor: Standard Suite – $850.00
This registration type includes 1 Suite as Exhibit Space for 1 day of distributor/client interactions, and 1 night stay at hotel with late checkout. Please see the show contract and schedule for more information.

Join us for the exciting 2024 GCPPA Fall Expo, where we’re enhancing our format to better meet the needs of both distributors and exhibitors! This year, we’re introducing a dynamic two-day show designed to maximize networking opportunities and business growth.

Exhibitor Hybrid Suite Package: For those looking to maximize their exposure and savings, we offer the Exhibitor Hybrid Suite package. Participate in both the Power Meetings on Day 1 and the Standard Exhibitor Segment on Day 2 for a combined rate of $1200—saving you $250. Includes 2-night hotel stay.

Day 2: Standard Exhibitor Segment: Day 2 will feature our traditional exhibitor format, where all exhibitor suites will be open to all distributors and their clients. This is a fantastic chance to showcase your products and services to a broader audience, including potential new clients. Standard Exhibitor suites are available for $850. Includes 1-night hotel stay.

Day 1: Power Meetings Segment: On the first day, we’ll facilitate private Power Meetings between exhibitors and GCPPA distributor member companies. Each exhibitor will have up to 15 dedicated private meetings, each lasting 15 minutes. This is an unparalleled opportunity to engage in focused discussions and build valuable connections. The cost for Day 1 participation is $600 per exhibitor suite. Includes 1-night hotel stay.
