The GCPPA Fall Expo is an “EME” style event. Each exhibitor will be schedule meetings with each distributor company that is registered for the event in fifteen (15) minute intervals. Each group of distributors may contain no more than five (5) distributor reps. Exhibitors will receive a dossier that contains information provided by each distributor company. These notes will help maximize time by giving exhibitor's the opportunity to tailor their presentations/products to the specific needs of each distributor.
Space & Cost
Each exhibitor will be assigned 1 suite at both host hotels with a space separate from the sleeping quarters in which to set up their displays and meet with distributor attendees. Please specify on your registration if you need a table to be brought to your room. ($1000)
Exhibitors must have a current GCPPA membership to exhibit at this show ($150).
Incoming and Outgoing Boxes and Packages Handling & Service Fees are as follows:
0-15lbs $3.00, 16-30lbs $5.00, 31-50lbs $10.00, 51-75lbs $15, 76-100lbs $20, over 100lbs $30.00. We do not handle pallets at all. All products need to be labeled for return pick-up. Storage costs will apply if not picked up
Hotel Check In/Out:
Exhibitors can set up their displays anytime after check-in (listed above), and may not break down their displays until they've completed all of their appointments.
