Free Directory Listing: To help maximize your exposure, we’re going to send a digital directory to all show attendees and members (even if they don’t attend the show). The directory will have your contact information and the opportunity to provide specials, closeouts, online catalogs, etc.

Beverage/Snack Break Sponsorship: We are looking for exhibitors to help sponsor our beverage breaks and snack breaks. In addition to signage and logo placement, the beverages or snacks will be placed next to your table to help drive more traffic to you! Please let me know if you’re interested in sponsoring one of the beverage breaks.


Exhibitors can set up on Monday 10/4 from 1:00pm - 5:00pm or on Tuesday 10/5 from 7:00am - 10:00am. Parking is free for GCPPA attendees. When you pull into the main parking lot look for the GCPPA Exhibitor Unloading signs and unload using the ramp on the loading dock.


Electricity is available for $75. If you would like electricity and didn’t order it with your table, please email mark@gcppa.org.


All boxes MUST be broken down and trash placed in appropriate receptacles or charges will be incurred. Please help us out by breaking down your boxes and stacking them next to the loading dock and by putting your trash in the trash cans. We will be charged a clean-up fee for any trash left behind and will have to pass that cost along to you.


The GCPPA Fall Expo is a client (end-buyer) show. Please assume that you are always talking to an end-buyer. The badges are clearly marked either "Distributor" or "Client." Make sure that everything in your booth is appropriate for end-buyers - no business cards, line sheets, coded pricing only.

All end-buyers will have clipboards and lead sheets. They will turn their sheets into the registration desk or their distributor before they leave. If they are interested in something you have, please help provide them with the information they need to give their distributor.


All attendees should conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

  1. Exhibitors will not hand out business cards or any literature to an end user with company information that could be followed back to the company. All business, including leads and sample requests, will be conducted through a distributor.

  2. Exhibitors and distributors may not do anything detrimental to the success of the show or interfere with the business goals of any of the attendees.

  3. At an end-user show, exhibitors may not display anything in their booth that includes net pricing information. All pricing must be coded or retail.

  4. Exhibitors should be respectful of the relationship between the end-user and their distributor. Under no circumstance can exhibitors suggest an alternative distributor rep or business.

  5. As a courtesy to show attendees, no exhibitor will be permitted to tear down early. This is especially important at end-user shows while distributors have their clients present.

Anyone found in violation of these rules will be subject to expulsion or suspension from GCPPA and the inability to attend future events.


Authorized packages or shipments will be accepted three (3) days prior to the function date. Receiving, handling and shipping charges of $15 per box will apply. No COD packages will be accepted. Hugh’s nor GCPPA will not be held responsible for the condition of any deliveries. Exhibitors are responsible for scheduling their own outbound shipping.

Complimentary water and soft drinks will be available to all attendees throughout the day. All exhibitors will receive lunch compliments of Promotional Breezes. When you see Steven Lazarus, be sure to tell him thank you!


The GCPPA Fall Expo will be conducted in compliance with all Federal, State and local laws and requirements with respect to COVID-19. We urge all persons who plan on attending to become familiar with the Safety Plan. These rules are subject to change or modification. 

The CDC currently recommends that individuals wear a mask in public indoor settings regardless of whether they’ve been vaccinated. Attendees can choose whether or not they want to wear a mask – it is not a requirement at this time. Presumably the exhibitors and show staff will come in contact with all attendees, therefore these individuals will be required to wear a mask during the show.
